Why we plant
Welcome to Nityasevanexgenz Foundation
Nityasevanexgenz Foundation is a registered Section 8 non-profit organisation dedicated to uplifting every section of society through essential public and social utility services. Guided by our Memorandum and Articles of Association, we work for sustainable community development through healthcare, education, livelihood support and comprehensive social welfare.
Our name says what we set out to do. Nitya Seva means service without pause. NextGenz is the promise that this service is aimed forward — at the generation that will inherit whatever we build or fail to build today.

Fully registered from day one
Section 8 incorporation, 12A, 80G and NGO Darpan were completed before we asked anyone for a rupee.

A management and marketing professional and a practising advocate specialising in business law run this foundation directly, without a paid fundraising chain in between.
Legal literacy built into the work
Much of what poor families lose, they lose for want of paperwork. Our co-founder’s legal practice means we help people claim what is already theirs, not only what we can give them.
Nature and people treated as one project
Ayurvedic wellness and continuous tree plantation are not add-ons to our social work — they are how we define a healthy community.

From the founder
A message from our Founder
Nityasevanexgenz Foundation grew out of something very simple — the realisation that a large part of our society is still struggling for quality education, steady work and basic healthcare, while the world around it races ahead. It was no longer enough to feel sorry about it. We began this journey to work on the ground and to give the next generation something firmer to stand on.
Through Ayurvedic wellness and continuous tree plantation, we want to bring human life and nature back into balance. This change cannot be brought about by us alone, and so I invite you, sincerely, to walk this road with us.

Every registration we hold is listed below with its number. Every certificate behind those numbers is published in full on our Transparency page, watermarked for viewing. Verify us before you give — to us, or to anyone else.
What we publish, and when
Our certificates are published as watermarked images for viewing. We do not publish downloadable copies of any certificate, because a downloadable registration document is the single most commonly misused asset an NGO puts online.
Annual accounts and the annual report are published once the first financial year closes. CSR-1 is added the day it is approved. Nothing on this page is added before the document behind it exists.
How to verify us independently
Search our CIN on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs public register, and our NGO Darpan ID on the NITI Aayog portal. Both are free, both are public, and neither requires anything from us. If any detail on this page does not match what you find there, please write to us before you give.
