Nityasevanexgenz Foundation is governed by a board of two directors who lead its programmes directly and are answerable for its compliance, its finances and its conduct.

Chetna Ravindra Parab

Chetna Ravindra Parab is the Founder and Director of Nityasevanexgenz Foundation. She holds a BMS degree in Marketing along with a G.D.C.A. qualification, and brings a substantial professional background in management and strategic operations from the real estate sector. She has directed that experience in marketing, compliance and administration towards grassroots social impact. Under her leadership the Foundation combines professional governance with community welfare across education, employment, Ayurvedic wellness and environmental conservation.

Adv. Vishant Vishnu Rampurkar

Adv. Vishant Vishnu Rampurkar is the Co-Founder and Director of Nityasevanexgenz Foundation. He holds a B.Com, an LLB and an LL.M. in Business Law, along with a G.D.C.A. qualification. He brings deep expertise in corporate governance, compliance frameworks and commercial regulation, supported by established professional relationships with government authorities and public bodies. He ensures that the Foundation's welfare programmes are implemented efficiently, transparently and in full alignment with regulatory requirements.

What he leads

  • Legal compliance and governance — all statutory compliance for the Section 8 company under MCA guidelines, income tax requirements and other regulatory frameworks
  • Government relations and liaison — connecting state welfare mechanisms and schemes to grassroots implementation
  • Advocacy and rights awareness — legal literacy programmes that help underprivileged communities understand their rights and reach the public benefits meant for them
  • Strategic partnerships and agreements — institutional communication, policy agreements and representation before corporate and government bodies
  • Operational risk management — legal counsel on internal operations, dispute resolution and transparent protocols for every project

Governance

As a Section 8 company, Nityasevanexgenz Foundation applies its entire income towards its objects. No profit is distributed to its directors or members in any form. Our accounts are maintained in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and audited annually, and our statutory registrations are published in full on the Transparency page.
