Annual reports and audited accounts
Our first annual report and audited financial statements will be published here after the close of financial year 2026-27.
We are a Section 8 company, so these accounts are prepared and audited in any case. Publishing them is a decision we have taken early rather than one we will weigh up later.
How funds are used
A full utilisation statement will be published alongside our first annual report, showing the split between programme expenditure and administration.
Governance
As a Section 8 company, Nityasevanexgenz Foundation applies its entire income towards its objects, and no profit is distributed to its directors or members in any form. The Foundation is governed by a board of two directors, both named and profiled on our Board of Directors page, who lead its programmes directly and are answerable for its compliance, its finances and its conduct.
Our position on children in photographs
We do not publish any photograph in which a child's face is identifiable, and no story on this website names a minor. Our full position is set out in our Child Protection and Photo Consent Policy.
