Who we are, why we began, and what we are accountable for.
Who we are
Nityasevanexgenz Foundation is dedicated to delivering all-inclusive public services and social utility support to every segment of society. Guided by the values set out in our Memorandum and Articles of Association, we work to drive positive, lasting social change rather than temporary relief.
How we are registered
We are incorporated as a Section 8 non-profit company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, and hold 12A and 80G registration along with an NGO Darpan identity. Every certificate is published on our Transparency page.
What we do
We design and run social welfare programmes across education and skill development, livelihood and enterprise, Ayurvedic healthcare and preventive wellness, women's empowerment, legal literacy, and environmental conservation.
Who we serve
We serve every section of society without distinction of caste, faith or means, with particular attention to underprivileged and marginalised communities, women, children and senior citizens.
Where we work
We have begun at the grassroots in Vasai-Virar and the surrounding region of Maharashtra, with a long-term intention to extend our public utility work across the state and beyond.
Where we stand today
We are a young organisation and we say so plainly. In our first months we have completed a robust legal and governance foundation, finalised our community welfare blueprints, and begun our first ground-level support drives. What we build from here will be visible on this website as it happens.

Our story — why the Foundation was started
What our founder saw
Every journey of consequence begins with a single observation. Ours began in the middle of ordinary working life, watching a gap that no one seemed to be closing. On one side, a country moving faster every year. On the other, a large part of the same society still without reliable access to basic public services — families breaking under the cost of healthcare that arrived too late, children losing the education that would have changed their direction, and people fighting for entitlements that were already theirs by right.
The moment that decided it
The turning point came in watching a hardworking family left completely helpless, not for want of effort, but for want of access to a public support system that existed on paper. One question followed and would not leave: if we do not step up to serve today, what exactly are we handing the next generation?
That question gave the Foundation its name. Nitya Seva — continuous, unwavering service. NextGenz — the generation we are answerable to.
How the work has grown
What began as one person's conviction is today a legally recognised Section 8 non-profit organisation with a governing board, a compliance framework and a defined set of programmes. From a single founder we have grown into a group of volunteers, advisers and professionals who bring law, management and community experience to the same table. With the structural work complete, we are now turning blueprints into work on the ground.
This journey does not belong only to us. It belongs to everyone who wants to see something change and is willing to do something about it.

Our vision
To build a self-reliant and eco-friendly society over the next decade, where every individual has access to quality education, sustainable employment and entrepreneurial opportunity. We see healthy communities thriving on Ayurvedic wellness, living in harmony with a greener earth restored through sustained plantation and active conservation.

Real change grows upward from the ground. We involve local communities in designing the livelihood and enterprise opportunities meant for them.
Continuity of Service नित्य सेवा
Our name commits us to service that does not stop when the camp ends or the season changes. We measure ourselves by what continues, not by what was launched.
A note on the fifth value
Four of these values came from the Foundation. Continuity of Service is a suggestion from Imperial Tech Innovations, drawn from the name itself — it is the one idea no other organisation can claim. It is here for the board to approve or delete.
What our name means
Nitya Seva — service that is continuous, not occasional. NextGenz — the generation this service is aimed at. Between the two sits our whole intention: to work steadily enough, and long enough, that the people who come after us inherit a fairer start than the one we found.
How we work
Listen first
We begin with the community, not with a plan. What is missing is decided by the people who are missing it.
Design for continuity
Every programme is built to run again next month, not to make one good photograph.
Deliver with partners
Government departments, schools, hospitals and local volunteers do most of the work; we make it reach the right people.
Report openly
Numbers, photographs and expenditure go up on this website, whether the month went well or badly.
